These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by or on behalf of MedReadyMD Inc.

Program Description

We send two types of text messages:

• Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and prescription-related updates. You receive these when you provide your phone number during checkout or account creation.
• Marketing messages — promotions and product news. These are sent only if you separately opt in. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@medreadymd.com.
• For help, reply HELP or contact support@medreadymd.com.
• Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages related to your orders or account; opting out of all messages may affect our ability to send you order updates.

Carriers and Privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are transmitted over carrier networks and are not encrypted; do not include sensitive health information in text messages to us. Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
