Shipping Policy

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the time your prescription is approved. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also log into your MedReadyMD account to view your order status at any time. Most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after your prescription has been approved and your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping Options
Depending on your location and product type, you may select 2-Day or Overnight shipping during checkout. These options apply only after your prescription is approved and your order has been processed by the pharmacy.

Processing Time
Please note that processing and prescription approval time are separate from your selected shipping speed. Once your licensed provider approves your prescription, fulfillment begins and your selected shipping method will apply. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days following approval.

Carriers & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers including FedEx and USPS, depending on the medication type and your location.

P.O. Boxes: Some medications may be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, temperature-sensitive medications (including injectable therapies) must be shipped to a physical address only and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.

Geographic Availability: We currently ship to all eligible U.S. states. We do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or American Samoa) and do not offer international shipping at this time. Availability may vary based on state telehealth laws and pharmacy licensing requirements.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. The return address will not reference MedReady or any pharmacy name.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking information can also be accessed at any time by logging into your MedReadyMD account under Order History.

Returns & Cancellations

Prescription Orders
Due to pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements, prescription medications are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. This policy helps ensure the integrity, safety, and proper handling of all medications dispensed through our pharmacy partners.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before medical review and fulfillment processing begin. Once a licensed healthcare provider has reviewed your intake and issued a prescription, or once an order has entered pharmacy fulfillment, the order can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. If a prescription has already been issued but the order is canceled prior to shipment, a $39 medical consultation fee may apply.

Shipping Protection & Delivery Issues

Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout to help safeguard your order during transit. Customers who purchase shipping protection may qualify for one complimentary reshipment per order for eligible delivery issues, including:
- Lost or undelivered packages
- Products damaged during transit
- Delivery delays resulting in product damage

Customers who decline shipping protection may be eligible for one courtesy reshipment per calendar year for qualifying claims, at MedReadyMD’s discretion. MedReadyMD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

Reporting a Shipping Issue

To report a delivery issue or submit a reshipment request, please contact support@medreadymd.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of damaged items or packaging, if applicable

Failure to report shipping issues within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement requests.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact information is accurate at the time of purchase. MedReadyMD is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
