Prescription Orders
Due to pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. This ensures product integrity and patient safety.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before processing begins. Once a provider has written a prescription or an order enters fulfillment, we cannot cancel or modify it. If a prescription has been issued but the order is canceled before shipment, a $39 consultation fee may apply.

Shipping Protection & Delivery Issues
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to safeguard your order.

Customers with shipping protection are eligible for one complimentary reshipment per order if:

• A package is lost or undelivered
• Products arrive damaged in transit
• Delivery delays cause product damage

Customers without shipping protection are eligible for one courtesy reshipment per calendar year for qualifying issues.

To file a claim, please email support@medreadymd.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)
