All MedReadyMD orders are packaged securely; however, damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

• Retain all packaging and materials

• File a claim with the carrier (USPS 1-800-222-1811 or FedEx 1-800-463-3339) within 10 business days

• Contact our team at support@medreadymd.com for assistance with the process

While we will assist you in filing a claim, ultimate responsibility for reimbursement lies with the carrier.
